Shipping policy

 

1. Shipping Locations 

  • We currently ship only within India. 

  • We offer Pan-India delivery, covering both metro and non-metro cities. 

  • International shipping is not available currently. 

 

2. Processing and Delivery Time 

  • Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1 week from the date of order placement. 

  • Delivery timelines:  

  • Metro cities: Within 7 business days from the shipping date. 

  • Non-metro cities: Within 10–14 business days from the shipping date. 

  • During high-demand periods, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances, processing and delivery times may be longer. We will make every effort to keep you informed of any delays. 

 

3. Shipping Charges 

  • Orders above ₹4000 qualify for free shipping. 

  • For orders below ₹4000, a flat shipping fee of ₹99 will apply. 

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available as of March 2025. 

 

4. Tracking Information 

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via:  

  • Official Dioza communication channels (email/WhatsApp). 

  • Directly from our shipping partner. 

 

5. Delivery Responsibility 

  • It is the customer’s responsibility to respond to communication from the shipping partner (e.g., calls, SMS, or emails) to ensure successful delivery. 

  • In case of any delivery issues, please contact the assigned delivery partner first using the tracking information provided. 

  • If the delivery partner is unable to resolve the issue, you can contact our support team for assistance at:

  • If the delivery fails due to customer unavailability or miscommunication, Dioza will not be responsible for reshipping costs. 

 

6. Shipping Issues and Delays 

  • Dioza is not responsible for delays or issues caused by external factors such as:  

  • Weather conditions 

  • Strikes 

  • Operational issues with the shipping partner 

  • However, Dioza remains committed to customer satisfaction and will assist in resolving any shipping-related issues.

  • Dioza reserves the right to update or modify this shipping policy at any time without prior notice. 

  • Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
